 Welcome to Eclipse Streetwear. By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms exist to protect both you and us—please read them carefully.

1. Our Services

Eclipse Streetwear provides clothing and apparel through our online store. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or withdraw any part of the website or services at any time without notice.
  • Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or breach of our terms.
     

2. Payments and Transactions

All purchases made through our store are processed securely. Prices are listed in AUD (unless otherwise specified) and may be subject to change. We are not responsible for any additional fees, such as international customs duties.


3. Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

We do our best to process and ship your order promptly. Once an order is placed, you’ll receive tracking information.


  • If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • Custom or altered items (such as hand-painted pieces) are final sale.
     

4. Accuracy of Information

We aim to keep product info, pricing, and availability accurate. However, occasional errors may occur. We’re not liable for any inaccuracies or for website downtime that may affect your shopping experience.


5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including designs, images, logos, text, and graphics—is the property of Eclipse Streetwear and protected by copyright laws.


  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission. 
  • You may share our products or media for personal, non-commercial purposes with proper credit.
     

6. User Conduct

We want our community to be respectful and safe. By using our site, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for illegal purposes.
  • Upload or share content that promotes hate, violence, harassment, or discrimination.
  • Spam, advertise, or promote outside content without our permission.

Eclipse Streetwear is not liable for:

  • Any issues outside our control (e.g., third-party errors, delivery delays, or site outages).

Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Eclipse gear—but if something’s not right, we’ve got you covered. Below is everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.
  • Returns are only accepted for full-priced items. Sale items and custom/hand-altered pieces (e.g. painted, cut, or customised) are final sale.
     

What Can’t Be Returned

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • Custom or one-of-a-kind pieces.
  • Items returned outside of the 30-day window.
     

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or it’s not what you ordered, we’re truly sorry. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order, with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue
     

We’ll sort it out ASAP.


How to Return

  1. Send an email to eclipse.wear@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
  3. Once we receive the item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we’ll process your refund.
     

Note: Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
